We handle three types of baggage on behalf of St Helena Line:

Passenger Cabin Baggage

We can accept passenger cabin baggage both on the day of sailing and also prior to the day of sailing on the same days as the Small Parcels Service. The baggage will be stored in the Passenger Terminal until the day of sailing and should be clearly marked with the passengers name and cabin number on a St Helena Cabin Baggage label.

Passenger Hold Baggage

We can accept passenger hold baggage both on the day of sailing and also prior to the day of sailing on the same days as Small Parcels. The baggage will be containerised and should be clearly marked with the passengers name and cabin number on a St Helena Hold Baggage label.

Unaccompanied Baggage

Unaccompanied baggage is defined as baggage for passengers joining the RMS St Helena at some stage other than in the UK. Passengers have an allowance of two cases each and an administration and handling fee is payable. These passengers can also send additional baggage via the Small Parcels Service. Unaccompanied baggage should be clearly marked with the receivers name on a St Helena Unaccompanied Baggage label.
